Initial numerical reasoning test. Then a phone interview with some background and lots of behavioral questions - provided great opportunity to ask many questions. Assessment day, where I had four 45 minute interviews with 4 different people (HR and Operations departments). Questions covered all of the Amazon Leadership Principles.

Interviewers were friendly and try to ease you up before they give you questions. They had experience on the job so it was good to learn about what they do in their everyday work.

first online form, then HR email, then online webinar, finally 3 online interviews, in 2 hours, half an hour each. Check your internet, your headset, etc. The interviewers are different, 1 is your future superior, the other 2 are corporate. Over 1 and half month of my life wasted
