I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Amazon in Jan 2015
Interview
There was a math question which has been covered at length on glassdoor. All the other questions were behavioral. One person on the interview panel is a "bar raiser." This person will most likely push back on your answers to see how you respond. Just keep your cool and think through how you respond. They're not necessarily looking for the "right" answer, but they want to see how you think and respond.

Question 1
Tell us about a major project you led. What were the results? How did you go about planning for it?
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
