Interview
The interview process consisted of two parts. The first part consisted of a technical interview and the technical interview is divided into two parts. The first part of the technical interview consisted of two medium-level questions. The second part of the technical interview consisted of ranking the actions you would take in certain situations from best to worse. After passing the technical interview, the next part consists of a combination of behavioral and technical questions. It was split into two one-hour interviews and there was a different interviewer for each. The interviewer asks some behavioral questions either at the beginning or end of the interview and one technical question.
The loop consists of 4–5 back-to-back interviews, each lasting 45–60 minutes. Your panel will typically include your potential hiring manager, 1–2 team members, a senior leader, and the Bar Raiser. Every interviewer is assigned 2–3 specific Leadership Principles to evaluate. Together, the panel covers all 16 principles across the loop.
