It was easier than I thought. It took them less than 48 hours to decide and offer a job. The interview process was not that hard. Having leadership skills on my resume was most helpful. Go with at least 2-3 references and letter of recommendations.

Difficult but rewarding interview process. The interview process took a few weeks. It starts with an online application and assessment, then ends with an in-person interview session, which lasted about 4 hours.
Initial would be a normal test online after you have applied. Final round is 3×45 minutes virtual video panel interview. Learn amazons leadership principle and have varietys of example from your previous job or academics.
