Interview
Make sure you know the STAR method. Most of the interview questions are behavioral. Like how would you handle this situation, or tell me about a time you had to do a hard task. The second part of the interview are based on Amazon leadership principles. Look them up and have a good understanding. Try using applying Amazon Principles with in your experience.

Star Method and Leadership Principles. Just study these from the materials they give you, and form a story for each principle, and when they ask questions, you can see which principle they are asking about.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you faced a conflict or disagreement at work and how did you handle it?"
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
