Amazon's recruitment process consists of six main parts: resume screening, phone screening, hiring manager interview, writing test, loop interviews, and hiring committee reviews. The most difficult and decisive parts of the interview process are phone screenings (1-2 rounds), and on-site interviews (4-5 rounds).
No interview to get the job. Just have to schedule a date for onboarding. Once onboarding was done and everything was good then they have you come for orientation/first day.
Incredibly simple and easy to get through. Minimal questioning overall. Just wanted to know if I’ve done this work before and if I can work night shift. Asked about any drug history and if I’ve worked in a factory before
It was a very easy process. The process is simple and immediate hire. You will go through a screening process for drug testing and will be given your training date.
