I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Amazon (Greensboro, NC) in Mar 2015
Interview
They held an information session at my school andI turned in my resume. That night they called for interviews. The next day I had my interview and less than a week later, I had a job offer. After the offer was extended, the emailed the benefit package and allowed me 2 weeks to accept the offer.

Question 1
How would you deal with a situation where two employees were late, a fellow manager overrides the lateness on the time sheet and your employee complains because you didn't ?
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Question 1
Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
