The interview process was easy to do but very long with a lot of links to follow. I had to record myself answering a few questions but I was given the chance to prepare and to redo if I thought it wasn't good enough.

Am Anfang gibt es kurzen Smalltalk, danach folgen fachliche Fragen zum gegenseitigen Match, und am Ende stellt man eigene Fragen, um Interesse und Vorbereitung zu zeigen, für das gesamte Gespräch.

There was two interviews back to back. Each being about thirty minutes long. From what I remember, one with a corporate employee and one with a manager at a fulfillment center.

Very simple. It's a group interview, but you aren't competing for slots - everyone who does well will be extended an offer. They will ask you about your problem solving skills, and they will ask you hypotheticals.
