As we all know, Amazon's interview process is long, unnecessarily complicated, and absent of human connection.
Recruiter reached out via email and asked for my salary expectations and interest in role. Completed skills assessment (1-2 hours), and met with the hiring manager. No feedback and was rejected 2 weeks later after being completely ghosted.
Extremely rude and extremely disrespectful for the candidate experience.

O processo é super fluído e rápido. Inicia-se com um phone screen para entendimento de adequação cultural e requisitos básicos da role. Após isso passa para um loop com 4 ou 5 entrevistadores onde no geral se pedem cases ligados ao principios da Amazon. Após essa fase já existe um comitê decidindo pela offer ou não.
The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.
