Behavioral questions mostly so just study and have a lot of examples ready. You may get similar questions so just have multiple examples of each leadership principle. Bringing data impact is bonus points
it goes according to what's widely shared in Youtube / Reddit. just make sure you spend enough time to prepare & practice your stories in STAR. very stressful & exhausing to have 4 rounds of loop interviews in 1 day.

Extremely time consuming multi step interview process that consist of a screener round of questions, to hr, to hiring manager to loop interview. You’ll probably spend an honest amount of time prepping for this as if you were studying for an exam. I personally thought it was a rewarding and refreshing process.
Interview process: cv evaluation > digital assessment > personal interview > interview panel
