Recruiter phone call -> Manager phone Interview -> Series of 5-6 onsite interviews with different managers -> offer -> Relocation (Mandatory!) to Luxembourg for couple month (which may be difficult for people with families etc.) Amazon take the whole interview process very very seriously (maybe more than any other company i've encountered)
