Interview
Phone interview. Manager seemed distracted and multitasking with loud machinery in the background. Sounded annoyed to even be talking to me right off the bat. Very short, blunt, and frequently interrupted me to move onto another question. 1 hour interview completed in only 15 minutes.
They asked about usual questions. I.r how did i manage a few issues in the past. Very normal questions. The interview mainly focused on typical amazon questions that they ask

Interview
The interview process fairly good, got a recuriter call 3 days after application , got a phone interview. after 2 days, Which was quite difficult . I couldn't make to the loop interview.

Question 1
Describe a time when you identified a problem in a construction project before it escalated. What did you do?
After 3 rounds of interviews for the position I applied for, I had an interview with a team manager, and without context prior, we discusssed a different role altogether.
Disappointed to not have been informed of this different role they had in mind, and I was not prepared to interview for it, let alone know whether I would even be interested.
