I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Phoenix, AZ) in Sep 2014
Interview
After the application, I was contacted by email to set up an appointment for a phone interview. The phone interview was some standard information about how previous job experience and education relates to the job. Then there is another email talking about an in person interview. These are done in larger groups, for a tour of a facility and individual interviews with 4 different people. Each interview lasts for about 30 minutes.

Question 1
I was asked specifically about what I would do if someone I was supervising was falling behind.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Question 1
Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
