I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Amazon
Interview
Was first contacted after giving my resume to an amazon recruiter at my college career fair. Then was asked to come in for an on-campus interview. Four questions, mostly behavioral. Ran through a cost-flow analysis after behavioral questions. Cost-flow analysis put me in charge of x amount of employees. 2 which could not produce packages. Each employee can produce y amount of goods per hour. How many packages can I produce in the week?

Question 1
Describe a difficult task in which you were a leader. What could you have done differently to compete your task?
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Question 1
Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
