Interview
2 remote interviews, the first one with the manager of the team and one scientist, the second one only with a scientist. The first one was also with coding, the second one was more technical about NLP.

Coding questions, very logical, has to use a hashtable structure and to explain the complexity of the algorithm.

interviewer sounds not prepared, especially on the verbal round. though i managed to clear both coding + verbal round pretty well, its an instant rejection and zero feedbacks given. the situation is quite confusing for me since the recruiter also ghosted me.

I got my interview when I was attending a ML conference. The interview process is fast and interview questions are not challenging. There are two rounds of interview, one technical and one behavioural interviews.
Poor recruiting process, especially from the recruiter himself. Technical questions were easy and I had an offer. But then they took the offer back, I don't know what was the reason.
