Interview
First you have to complete a set of English knowledge tests and once you clear it you will receive a mail stating that you have cleared the tests. The next round is a face to face interview with the HR or manager and the interview will be based on your leadership skills and managerial skills.

Explain your role in the previous firm and how you were able to go an extra step to troubleshoot an issue
AI - Quiz based on Amazon Leadership questions
Language assessments - the first question in my native language test was awful but the rest were a lot easier
Studied a YouTube video on the leadership principles in advance and considered those when answering questions

Interview
Difficult questions but after while manageable. It needs a good time management and prepare questions before so you do not run out of time. Anyway once well prepared you will sound more confident.
In person interviews are basically for checking if you will be able to handle a situation on your judgement or not
Be confident and ready for rotational shifts and rotational week offs
