A few weeks after applying the recruiter scheduled my first phone interview. After 2 more weeks I had a 2nd HR interview and 2 weeks later a 3d and last phone interview (technical). Then 5 more on-site interviews focusing on leadership principles without any technical questions, only higher level questions. After a few days I received an automated email saying that I was not going to receive an offer. I tried asking feedback to the recruiter that assisted me in the whole process, but I didn't get any answers. Everyone was friendly and they all seem to be really nice people, but after 3 months, 8 interviews and travelling across Europe I was expecting at least some final feedback. Disappointed.
