Interview
First you apply online and (if you meet their minimum criteria) are offered the oppertunity to do SHL numerical reasoning tests followed by a hireVUE digital interview. Practice these as much as you can!
After that you are invited to an interview at one of their fulfillment centres. The day starts with a site tour of a fulfillment center where you see various roles and learn about your future responsibilities should you get the job (opportunity to ask questions).
Next are 4 different interviews lasting half an hour each with 4 different interviewers questioning you on 2 of Amazon's key leadership principles each (don't worry about memorising them just have answers in mind for possible questions relating to them).

Interviewers were friendly and try to ease you up before they give you questions. They had experience on the job so it was good to learn about what they do in their everyday work.

first online form, then HR email, then online webinar, finally 3 online interviews, in 2 hours, half an hour each. Check your internet, your headset, etc. The interviewers are different, 1 is your future superior, the other 2 are corporate. Over 1 and half month of my life wasted
