Interview
4 sets of competency interviews all with different managers with a break in between. All questions based on the amazon principles and how I fit in in with them. Each interviewer chose two and asked a series of questions to see if you fit in. Questions were challenging but all interviewers very pleasant and encouraging. Very exhausting day.

Interviewers were friendly and try to ease you up before they give you questions. They had experience on the job so it was good to learn about what they do in their everyday work.

first online form, then HR email, then online webinar, finally 3 online interviews, in 2 hours, half an hour each. Check your internet, your headset, etc. The interviewers are different, 1 is your future superior, the other 2 are corporate. Over 1 and half month of my life wasted
