The interview process was very easy. One should have good communication skills to crack the interview .
Typical hr related questions will be asked, Only the versant round can be a bit difficult as it will be of US-UK accent .

Studied a YouTube video on the leadership principles in advance and considered those when answering questions

Interview
Difficult questions but after while manageable. It needs a good time management and prepare questions before so you do not run out of time. Anyway once well prepared you will sound more confident.
In person interviews are basically for checking if you will be able to handle a situation on your judgement or not
Be confident and ready for rotational shifts and rotational week offs
