2. Case. I chose Reduced Form Causal Analysis, so the case was a causal analysis question. There were multiple ways to approach this question. The interview was to test your knowledge of causal inference as well as how to think on your feet and your communication skills.

I interviewed in April 2020. 1-hour interview split between behavioral and technical questions. In the behavioral part, mainly asked why I applied for the position, and some introduction of my background. For the technical part, gave a specific scenario for me to conduct brief analysis.
