Amazon Data Center Technician interview questions

The interview was made of 2 stages. Before each stage, study material related to Amazon was provided in order to prepare for the interview. The first stage of the interview process took place after 3 weeks from the online job application. The first interview was a 1-hour phone call with technical questions and describing past work experiences related to specific scenarios making sure to also use the Amazon Leadership's Principles. The response from the first interview came after 1 week. The second interview was made of 3 consecutive interviews of 60min video call each, with 15min break in between. Each interview involved a different interviewer. The structure of each interview was the same as the first stage interview: technical questions (some were the same as the first stage) and describing some past work experiences making sure to also use the Amazon Leadership's Principles. The outcome arrived in 2 weeks, via phone call, and an email followed, with the details of the offer. There was no availability from the company to negotiate the base salary. It was strictly the one they offered.
