Amazon Area Maintenance Manager interview questions

A recorded interview session where you have two tries recording yourself and answering questions. Then three online interviews with senior engineers that lasts about 25 minutes each. Lots of questions are about situations you would be put in and how you would handle them.

Good interview process. During Covid times so it was a virtual call on Amazon Chime. Interviewed with four different people separately. Spent 30-45 minutes talking with each person. STAR method questioning. Each person asked 4-6 questions, good discussions.
