Amazon Software Development Engineer II interview questions

Two phone screens of +- 1 hour each followed by an onsite interview consisting of 3-5 sessions of 45 minutes each. The questions in the onsite range from the simple (reverse a linked list) to less simple (e.g. implement C++'s next_permutation) coding questions to design. Amazon.com tries to avoid brain teasers or questions that require an 'a ha' moment (e.g. why are manhole covers round).
