Interview
Three-steps process for me:
1. Short skype interview (no technical questions)
2. Online technical quizz (one hour, about twenty questions with very different difficulty levels)
3. On-site interviews (two 45-min technical interviews with team members, then 45 min general interview with team leader, then briefly introduced to department manager)

Interview
The campus selection procedure comprises of two stages ::
1. Online Aptitude exams : There was online aptitude exam conducted by the company for recruitment which is to test logical , reasoning , and English skills like reading comprehensions .
2. Offline Interview :: I had 4 round of section :: a) Was asked basically question from skills mentioned in resume like c , c++ , java etc.
b) In 2nd round more of analytical n problem solving questions from programming language. Real time scenario problems . And few of puzzles "
c) The 3rd round was taken by senior managers , they were bit friendly and asked real time problems
d) 4th round was HR round which was simple and they asked about my background and why u want to join the company like that questions .

Interview
It was a good experience with some situation problems and some technical question. Some of the questions were like Tell me an experience when you had a troubling colleague and you had to work with him. The interviewer also asked some questions related to database management and SQL Queries. They also wanted to know more on the whole software development life cycle and other testing cases.
