I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at AlixPartners
Interview
I don’t usually write reviews, but after going through the interview process at AlixPartners, I felt it was important to share my experience for the sake of equilibrium. The process started off smoothly with an HR screening, followed by a Director interview, assessments, and a phone interview with a psychologist. While the process was long and efficient, I found several issues that left me with a negative impression. The feedback was generally prompt, but the information provided by different interviewers was inconsistent, which created confusion. The lunch with the team, which was intended to be a more informal interaction, felt more like another evaluation, making the atmosphere uncomfortable and rigid. Furthermore, I didn't feel that the company communicated clearly about the role’s expectations or the team dynamics, leaving me uncertain about whether it would be a good fit. Overall, while the interview process was fast, it lacked the transparency and cultural insight I would expect to make an informed decision.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at AlixPartners
Interview
Long process. 3 Phone interviews one with the recruiter. Then they fly you out to their east coast office. There you will be interviewed by 5 directors or principals. Afterwards is the assessment test at your nearest office.
