The process was quick and consisted of one phone screening and one interview.
The whole process took two weeks and ended up in proposal communicated by phone call and sent by email.
interview was good exhaustive and constructive in nature. brainstorming questions technically, maintenance of aeroengines and their technical details. propulsion systems and their related areas. detailed system study of aviation industry and their prospective development in future. composite materials and their rolein building light aircraft.
