Applied to the position from the website, in less than a month I got my first interview. The overall process consisted in two interviews: -a first technical one -a second one more leaned on HR questions. -final decision The whole process lasted less than a month and I got response a week later.

They asked to give an overview about myself, why I wanted to take the role, my general knowledge about fatigue and damage tolerance approach for composite materials and what is important in it.
