Campus Placements. Technical test and 2 round of interview tech followed by HR. The technical round was mainly on technical aspects. related to your core field for me it was aerospace structures. The HR round was long and also I will say tough. The HR manager was judging my reaction in a stressful environment.
Technical interview was tough with a lot of technical questions.three rounds. 2 technical and 1 hr. College placements. Lot of questions on aircrafts and how they work and engineering major related.
Muchas entrevistas. Role playing e interacción en grupo. Entrevista con recursos humanos y responsables directos. Mucho tiempo de espera para respuestas (cerca de dos meses). Reserva una mañana entera para el proceso

Interview
interview has 3 stages, 1st with initial interview with HR, 2nd with Operations head, 3rd was the MD - which you can tell that they have a process and filter with talents. Overall it was great experience.
