Airbus Full Stack Web Developer interview questions

The process took a week though they told that it will be done in a day. First round was technical F2F, second round was Managerial, third round was HR, fourth round was Director. The interview process is pathetic and they simply waste candidate's time. This position was opened since 7-8 months and they have not selected any candidate yet. I was through all the rounds successfully but they haven't given any offer. Moreover, they don't even update you or care to tell you that you have not been selected until you follow up with them. Also, they will not tell you why they are going with your candidature (I mean if you are through all the rounds and not getting selected after Director round, they should at least let candidate know what went wrong). I asked them to have a telephonic discussion first but they promised that everything will be done in a day. So I went down their office where only technical and managerial rounds happened. Then they called me few days after for HR + Director round. I again went and that day only HR round happened and I was told that Director is not available today. I mean don't you guys check Director's calendar or his availability before booking his time ? Why are you wasting candidate's time ? Then again, after few days I went for last round (Director round).
