I found the position on LinkedIn and applied. I got a first interview with Randstad and after that one, another one with the hiring manager, direct manager and HR Recruiter. They were all very friendly and the interview went smoothly
This was for a contractor position as a Data Analyst. It seems that most people are hired as a contractor through a different company first with the chance to be hired by Airbus after a few months down the line. I am current still a contractor.
Interview was around 20 minutes. Interviewed with Head of Team, member of the team & my HR contact. It was a few months ago but I put some of the questions I remember down below. Most of them were general fit questions. There was only 1 interview.
My HR person said to prepare a presentation to show off my skills but the Team lead and the Team member didnt know anything about that until I mentioned it. After I showed it they seemed impressed, i think i got the job because of it to be honest.
