Agoda Software Developer interview questions

The interview process was quite straightforward and focused more on practical problem-solving skills rather than theoretical knowledge. There were no Leetcode hard problems. The interview consisted of an initial phone screening, followed by a technical interview, and finally a cultural fit interview. During the technical interview, I was asked to solve a few coding problems, but they were more about understanding my thought process and approach to solving real-world problems. The cultural fit interview was more of a conversation to see if I would be a good fit for the team and the company culture. Overall, the process was smooth and focused on practical skills.

The process is somehow confusing. I applied as a software engineer, however, the email invitation sent by HR mentioned that the role I was applying is "senior software engineer". The technical questions were quite easy. The vibe during the whole interview session is a bit cold.
