Interview
Smooth and very fast. Everything is automated so you don't get to talk to a person until the scheduled interview. I like it this way. Well glassdoor is asking me to complete 30 words so I just keep on typing here.
The hiring process is too long for this position, even before you get to the interviews phase you have to complete several steps. Seems too automated and no HR is working with you directly.

Interview
There were 4 rounds 1. HR interview - 1hr via microsoft team. Basically, asking for your background, strengths and weaknesses, goals, etc. 2. Director interview - also 1hr via microsoft team. - background - experience in details - company/team structure, responsibilities - sevelral business cases 3. & 4. manager interview - face to face interviews, 1 hr each. This was quite intense and more technical. - multiple business cases - sql / data visulization All in all, the recruiter was very friendly and helpful.

- How would you visulize these data - Write sql codes - What do you think caused an increase in cancels - How do you prioritize / allocate ppl within your teams for different jobs - How do you utilize coin cashback for your marketing campaign/ how to measure the results - and many more, I cannnot remember.
