I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Agoda in Aug 2022
Interview
1) Resume/Cover Letter Screening
2) SHL Assessment
3) HR Screening
Although I had gotten through the first two phases smoothly, what confused me most was the HR Screening. It was a 15 minute call with a Recruiter that was very responsive in their emails. The conversation was super casual and a breeze.
What I will share with you all was that if you are planning to apply for a position with relocation to Bangkok and you are a foreigner, run. They will attempt to low ball you with the "cost of living" differential, but it is really just a lousy excuse in their negotiation repertoire.
I likely got rejected because indirectly did not answer the salary question and instead had asked what their budget expectations for the role was. The Recruiter was visibly caught off guard and became noticeably defensive how the position does not pay as much as the industry standard in other countries.
Succinctly put, while the process was smooth without much delay, I do not appreciate HR wasting my time, having me jump through a charade of meaningless assessments, pretend to offer the next steps with concrete language, only to provide me an automated response of rejection. If this had occurred from an actual professional in the respective department that I was interviewing for, I would understand. But an HR employee disqualifying me due to an alleged lack of experience in the field shouts irony in capital letters.
Interview questions [1]

They rescheduled once and forgot about the interview. I sent them an email and they scheduled another one. Asked general questions. Should have canceled once they stood me up in the first place.
SHL Test. HR round. Then interviews with product team about my experience & case studies. Had opportunity to speak to senior managers, which was quite good. Gave me good glimpse into their culture.

That's kinda weird and absolutely inappropriate questions and tests for Project management position.
There is a test which analyses your... i don't know what exactly. It's a bunch of a programmer, SQL, IQ and math tests which have nothing in common with project management position and time for test solving is incredibly insufficient.
