The first interviewer - Team Manager was very polite. She explained to me everything about the company and the role which I really appreciate. She's bubbly and fun to talk. We did a sales role play which I passed.
However, the second interviewer - Team Leader is very unprofessional. She ghosted me on the day of the interview.
I sent follow up emails. The HR apologized to me and said that the second interviewer overlooked the scheduled interview. She made sure that the second interview will be booked and gave me tips and links and even offered for help which I really appreciate.
During the second interview (which by the way the Team Leader never apologized for wasting my time after she ghosted me), everything started great but when the sales role play started, she acted negatively when she's not satisfied or happy with my answers.
Then she cut me abruptly and said "Do you have any questions for me" I was shocked and confused. Then she started to thank me closed the meeting.
I also noticed she pulled her leg up during the online interview and kept on flipping her hair with her fingers while she's talking to me. She's really rude.
I appreciate the first interviewer and the HR for their professionalism.
The second interviewer I believe needs to improve her attitude towards job applicants.
