Interview
I received a phone call and had a brief interview with the recruiter and I was called for a face-to-face interview and was told that there were going to be two assessments. The first test is an essay test where you are needed to write a reply in an email form to the customer. If you passed the first test, then you will be moved on to the next stage which is speed typing test and interview. You will also be asked to do roleplay and act as an agent while the interviewer will act as a fussy customer. This will involve your critical thinking and how you approach the customer.
After online accessments, there is an online interview with human resource (mine was voice only, no video). It lasted about 45 minutes in English. Normal interview questions about experience, expectations, etc

They provide you a link to take a exam, pretty easy.
ex) Write an email to customer, etc.

Why do you want to join AGODA.
It took about 1.5 week from application to the first round of Skype interview. The interview was about an hour long, held in English and Japanese (I applied for a position in Japan). There was only one interview, who was proficient in both languages. Before the interview, I took online test to see my language skills.
