Anybody who prepares for exams like CAT will definitely solve Aptitude tests. After this skill test. Whethere as a Tester or Developer, u have to solve a programming test. They don't want you to be technically like Einstein, but that doesnt means they are going to hire a jack or jill. You need to prove at every step that u r good, and u can be better. Solving problems, asking questions to them , and never getting annoyed or nervous is the key to success.

Written test which was of three hours length consisted of one hr aptitude and two hrs technical paper. Both the technical and aptitude was easy. Written was followed by two technical interviews of about 1.5 hr each, they checked your algorithms and basics about C++ operating systems etc.
