Adobe Senior Project Manager interview questions

Started with a short HR discussion mentioning that your profile has been shortlisted and scheduled 2 interviews of 1 hour each with hiring manager and another SPM. Standard questions about previous role. Detailed questions by hiring manager regarding how will you handle competitive threat, how will you rank yourself on various skillsets, how will you interact with engineering and what if a customer puts his foot down and wants a feature delivered and so on. 2nd interview had a design case to design an app for a boutique bar with an objective of retention and eventual revenue generation during lockdown. Also details of how you navigate from idea to delivery. Post that 2 more interviews: one with Engineering director and another GPM. Standard Strategy questions and Product Sense questions. Got a call just an hour after the last interview for salary negotiation. Got a good offer. Offer letter received in next 2 days. Pretty smooth process.
