Typical process consisting of talent screen, hiring manager interview, then two teammate interviews and one senior leadership interview. I will say, the teammate interviews were redundant; they asked the exact same questions. This could have been a tandem interview or notes could have been shared from the first interview to ensure the second was a good use of our time.
