Question 1
Introduce yourself and why do you want to work here?
I thought the interview process was quite unprofessional. I had the first HR screening call, and they asked me what times I would be available for the interview with the hiring manager, but didn't hear back. Then I randomly got an invite the night before, and it was not scheduled during any of the days/times I had provided. There also was no way of contacting the recruiter in their job portal since the invite got sent automatically through the portal. The interview with the hiring manager was average, and the hiring manager said I'd hear back from the recruiter, which I never did and there was no way to contact him besides on LinkedIn, which I did and never heard back. One day I went into the job portal and saw my application was "inactive", I never even got a proper rejection/feedback and never even heard back.
