      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Adobe (Lehi, UT) in Aug 2021

      Interview

I applied through the Adobe careers site after seeing a position posted on LinkedIn. About a week after applying I received an email from a recruiter asking to speak on the phone. The initial phone call was short and just made sure my career experiences and goals lined up with the job being applied for. This led to a Microsoft teams meeting with the hiring manager that went a little bit deeper than the initial phone call but was really just another "filter" interview. After that, I was scheduled for interviews from 10:30am until 1:30pm. There were 4 interviews, several of them with multiple people. They were each around 30-45 minutes long. Often times people were late to the interview which greatly impeded on my time to answer questions. The first interview of the 4 was mainly asking UI/UX experience and ability to work with a project team. The second interview was a coding test in a sandbox. It was pretty simple but they were late and it reduced the time I had on it. The third was a more behavioral and work life interview and the last was with the hiring manager and a bit more technical about current employment and experience. Overall it was a smooth process and I actually enjoyed it. I wish they'd have been on time because I feel I didn't get an offer due to the coding challenge but had little time for it.
