I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Adobe
Interview
I was initially contacted via email. We setup a time to do a phone interview within a day or two after the initial contact. The phone interview was with an extremely young and new employee for Adobe and she simply asked about my background relating to the job description. Then she asked me for a few questions after which she said she had taken some notes and I would be contacted by another hiring manager in the near future. It was simple and it felt generic.

Question 1
There was nothing except for if I liked lead generation and what experience I had with it.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Adobe (Noida) in Jul 2018
Interview
The overall interview process was smooth however very time-consuming. It took one complete day. The HR Yuvaraj Mande very amicably managed and handled all the candidates. The interview comprised of 5 rounds in which there were 4 major one on one interviews with relevant managers and the director and one of the round was a presentation and live call with their software demonstration (Total time allotted was 60 minutes, however, I completed the same in about half an hour). The director himself was very generous and made everyone feel like "Home"; he made sure each candidate got a fair amount of time to express themselves and guided the candidates through the process. Overall the difficulty was average, however, the final round with two managers was quite pressurizing, though again in a good way (They try to make you nervous to evaluate what you would do in tough situations).
