Assignment and face to face interview, the assignment was of average level and is focused on UI, but for the face to face, it was horrible, the interviewer came after 1.5hours and then during interview he was having his daily scrum call and again he was going outside to take printouts, such an unprofessional guy, i thought of telling him that I came for interview not for time pass, he simply wasted my time without taking the interview just given an UI requirement to solve which I heard him talking about with his teammate just before the interview, almost for 70% of the interview time he was on call, then he asked me to leave and I straight away left without any words spoken to him, don't know what happen he came back and ask me to come with him, then asked one of his teammate to take another round, when that guy was not agreeing, he told him just to spend 10mins not more than that, that too in front of me, now you judge what is the condition of their employee, there is no one to complain, these people waste others time and career, i really felt so bad, i can't even imagine about such an experience but what to do no one is there to listen to me, the interviewer were having limited knowledge, their knowledge is limited around Adobe CMS only so their questions are specific only to their current project they are working on, they don't have any idea about Angular/ReactJS and not even interested in listening to me, instead asking things like do I know how to create image using Adobe tool, that doesn't make sense, developers don't concentrate on all those UX tasks, as they are at Adobe that's why they do all these and even they didn't ask any logical question, overall the experience was so bad that I will never attend their interview again, never expected such a poor knowledge employee and behaviour at Adobe. Last but not the least, Adobe does service work as well so don't think that they were taking my interview for product it was for service project only just like some normal service company just the brand name is Adobe while I come from a reputed product company and work on products only The interviewers doesn't know anything about product development they only know Adobe Photoshop

There were 3 technical rounds I was able to reach until 3rd round. Last round was about 2hr and almost able to answer all the coding challenges given by Interviewer. First two rounds went really good but the third one was not good. Interviewer joined very late and no proper communication after you are done with the interview.
