I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Adobe (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2017
Interview
Got referred by my friend who works at Adobe. The entire process took 4 months / 5 interviews.
I'm an experienced professional with a lot of interview experiences, but this one with Adobe was absolutely the worst. They wouldn't pay for the travel so I just flew over for one of them on my expense cause I wanted to meet my potential boss in person. Then they started to come up with random conference calls and design exercises that was clearly not planned and well made, so I had no idea where I am at in the process and what I was going to do. The worst of all was that the potential boss didn't show up for 3 interviews while not replying to any of my emails(just counted, total 25 of my emails were completely ignored). Re-scheduling a new interview took 2 weeks, and there was no explanation or apologies on the no-show. I ended up not getting the offer but around my 3rd interview I strongly felt that I really shouldn't be working in this team.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Adobe in Mar 2017
Interview
A week after I applied online, a recruiter scheduled a phone interview with me. It was a quick check-in. I briefly talked about my past projects. The recruiter then asked me about my interest. I was then matched to a design manager who requested for a design intern on his team. He called in to interview me the following week. The interview included a self-introduction and a portfolio walk-through.

Interview
I applied online. After two weeks I received phone call screening from the recruiter. She immediately set up a phone call with the manager for the next week. After the second call I didn't receive any responses to emails.
