Accenture Manager/In interview questions

Accenture have a strong interview process that includes a series of interviews with different levels within both the industry (eg. Financial Services, Oil and Gas, Telecoms...) specific to the role and function within the role (eg. Strategy Consulting). This method allows different perspectives of the interviewees talents from a growth, capability and delivery stand point. The case interview is where most candidates stumble.... This is only really relevant for Management Consulting roles but was used throughout the company as a way to assess how a candidate thinks about certain business issues and how structured the answer is. All round great interview process.... Long but structured......
