Aptitude test. Logical questioning. Group discussions. One on One with Manager and finally HR round. Offer Letter discussion with HR. Details provided on compensation and other benefits. Initial training started in the college campus. Then greenfield training started after joining the organization. Immediate joining was provided after final exams of college.
