Interview
3 rounds
1st round is an aptitude round consisting of simple quant, data interpretation along with few verbal questions.
2nd round is the te hnical round where they concentrated on SQL topics such as normalization, basic syntaxes and query writing. Java topics such as structs and EJB. Software engineering topics such as the different types of models in SE. Peppered along with these were few simple C programs such as basic sorting.
3rd round would be the HR round where they spoke about the responsibilities we may have to undertake and whether we would be willing to take shifts and work overtime.

Question 1
Explain the n Queens problem and where would it occur in real life.
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
