I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Accenture (Mandaluyong City) in Apr 2015
Interview
First, they will call and give you a brief description of the employment process. They will also send you other details thru a text message like what to bring on the said employment processing. You'll be requested to fill-out a personal info sheet and take an exam which is good for 2 hours. The exam consists of two parts: english and aptitude tests. Just read the questions carefully, 'cause some of the answers are already in the paragraph and there are questions which are tricky.
I still don't know if I am qualified because they are requesting for my TOR but it's not yet available.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked typical job interview questions like why did you choose this company, what do you know about this company, strengths and weaknesses, and they also asked me about our capstone project/thesis.
I was interviewed in the Mandaluyong site. It was before the pandemic, so the interview was held in person. I had a one-on-one interview with one of the recruiters. The interview questions were average.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
