I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Accenture (Mumbai) in Jun 2012
Interview
It was an on campus process , where people with a aggregate of 60% and above where eligible for the process, there was an initial round of aptitude test, followed by a technical round , post which the results were declared within 2 hours and them it was followed by a HR interview round asking about strengths weaknesses hobbies etc.
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

Question 1
Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
