I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Pune) in Nov 2009
Interview
Had a technical interview on phone, then had a face to face interview with HR. Then I was asked to submit documents for background check. But after I submitted documents, no further communication from HR. Came to know from the employee who referred me that my application was put on hold. There is no communication from the HR about the status, no reply either for my mails. Its been 2 months now.

Question 1
Lots of questions to assess how i get along with colleagues, seniors. How i tackle difficult situations with client etc.
On campus drive where students were selected at random. So it was based on luck totally. 3 rounds one aptitude one hr one technical. Difficulty was medium so basically it was overally a good experience. Nothing so hard to prepare if you are already have decent grade and an average student it would be over par.
The interview experience was very smooth and positive. The interviewer was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the conversation. The coding questions were interesting and enjoyable to solve, and the overall process was well-structured. It was a great interview experience, and I really appreciate the opportunity.
